Almost all Majorcan beaches have been blessed with gently shelving soft sand that leads into shallow, crystal clear water. While inland, Majorca has lush, dense forests of green, all the way to the Tramuntana Mountains in the north-west. As Majorca has been a top destination for over 40 years now, there are literally hundreds of cheap hotels and great value restaurants, making it easy to have low cost holidays here.
